How does it work?

1. 01. Register for the service

   Visit Concierge Services or contact us using the details below to register anywhere in the Village! You’ll receive a confirmation email, including your unique QR code and reference, that’s valid for the day.
   

2. 02. Scan your QR code

   Present your unique QR code in the boutiques at the point of purchase. The sales advisors will seal your purchases, ready for collection by our Hands-free Shopping team.
   

3. 03. Collect your purchases

   At the end of your visit, head to the Drop-off Area to collect your bags. Please let us know by phone 20 minutes before your departure, so our team can prepare your purchases.
